Evening Reset

At the end of the day, there’s usually more sitting in your body and energy field than you realize.

Not just physical tension, but from:

Conversations that stayed with you.
Energy that didn’t feel right.
Moments you didn’t have time to process.

And most people carry it straight into the next day without noticing. Then the energy can feel heavy as its held in your bed.

This is where I Washing the Day Away

No matter what I shower! Sometimes, I use a sea salt scrub. As the water runs over me it clears me physically and energetically / emotionally.

I imagine that anything that felt heavy, and anything that didn’t belong to me that I might have picked up or taken on is being washed off — Like mud being washed away.

Clearing My Path

When I wash my knees and feet, I slow down. These are the parts of me that move me forward, so I bring intention here.

Releasing what felt stuck today, letting go of anything I don’t want to carry into tomorrow.

Creating space to move forward more clearly.

Releasing What I Picked Up

By the end of the day, it’s easy to be holding things that were never yours.

Other people’s stress.
Energy from spaces you moved through.
Emotions you absorbed without realizing.

I take a moment and remind myself:
Not everything I felt today belongs to me.
And I let it go.

Calling My Energy Back

Then I call my energy back to myself.

From conversations.
From interactions.
From anywhere my attention was pulled outward.

Letting my body settle again.

Sometimes I’ll say quietly:

“May I be clear, grounded, and in my own energy, I ask to call my energy back to me.”

Letting the Day End

At the end of the day, I don’t need to solve everything.

I don’t need to carry every thought, every feeling, every moment forward.

Some things are meant to end here, and I let them.

The Reset

You might be carrying more than you realize.

And you don’t have to bring all of it with you into tomorrow.

This is just a moment to put it down.
To clear your energy.
To soften your body.
To come back to yourself.

You don’t need a long routine.

Just a moment to release what isn’t yours to hold.

I hope you feel lighter and more free!

Blessings, Alison
