Im Alison, and my dream has always been simple: to help people. I truly love helping people feel better.

To help lift the weight they’ve been carrying, to create relaxation in the body, more lightness in the spirit, and peacefulness in the heart. I want to guide people back to their own wisdom & divine essence in a way that feels gentle, nurturing, and caring.

Spirit Alchemy Studio came to life through my own healing journey, beginning in 2015 when I first discovered Reiki. That moment was a doorway. Since then, I’ve walked a path of deep healing—unraveling old patterns, releasing limiting beliefs, tending to the parts of myself that felt unworthy and not enough, and slowly learning to honor, accept, and love all aspects of who I am.

I am continuously anchoring into self-love, self-worth, and working towards honoring my true self.

From that first Reiki attunement, I felt called to explore more from healing touch, chakra balancing, tuning fork therapy, massage therapy, sound healing to other modalities that allowed me to support myself and others on a mind, body, and energetic level. Over the years, I’ve held more than 100 Sound Healing and energy healing sessions, and each one reminds me that this work represents who I am. My clients are a gift, and I feel honored every time someone chooses to step into this space.

Spirit Alchemy was built from passion, grit, tears, failure, healing, laughter and devotion. My desire to help people has weighed over my fears. When I’m here, it doesn’t feel like work at all. It feels like purpose.

I’m constantly rearranging, elevating, and creating beauty in my studio. As I grow and evolve, I let my space grow and evolve with me reflecting who I am becoming.

I seek adventure, laughter, and connection. I love snowboarding, hiking, spending time with my family, my dog, and—most of all—my husband, who has believed in me even more than I’ve believed in myself. My mom is my biggest fan, living miles apart her support is felt through the distance.

I love to play in the wonders of magic—the unseen mysteries of the spirit realms, the whispers of intuition, the guidance of our helpers and guides—and to bring that magic into your life in practical, tangible, and deeply felt ways.

I am so deeply grateful to walk this path with all of you. Thank you for trusting me to hold space for your healing, your vulnerability, your becoming—and I hope that every time you leave this space, you feel a little more connected, empowered, and free.
