Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique designed to support relaxation, reconnection, and grounding. During your session you’ll rest comfortably while Reiki is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body. This quiet restorative experience provides shifts in the energy field and an overall sense of balance.

Energy Clearing & Psychic Insights
60 Minutes - $130
A deeper intuitive session for insight, emotional clearing, and energetic support.
We begin by tuning into your energy and a specific goal you’re looking to achieve. Psychic and intuitive insights may arise around emotional patterns, relationships, past experiences or areas of your life that feel ready to change.
From there I work with your guides, angels, and energy to be shown how best to support the session. Which may include Reiki, chakra balancing, cord cutting, soul retrieval, emotion code techniques and other forms of intuitive energy work.
No prior experience is needed.
Gong Therapy
75 Minutes - $165
A private, one on one experience using the powerful sound and vibration of the gong. We’ll begin with a conversation about what you’re currently experiencing and what you’d like support around.
As a Certified Gong Therapy Facilitator, Alison intentionally places the gongs near the body to create space for you to go within, connect to your inner and outer world while the gong assists in shifting patterns and energy through their vibrations.

Clear stagnant energy both individually and held between the two of you whether you’re a couple, friends, or family — creating space for more balance and connection between you both.
During this shared session, you will each receive individualized energy work while also addressing the energy you hold and experience as a couple.
This session supports the release of stress and emotional heaviness.
Whether you both feel disconnected, stressed, or want to share in a meaningful experience together. You can leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to yourselves and each other.

Perfect. You don’t need any experience. Just a willingness to relax, receive, and allow your body and energy system to settle into balance. Schedule a massage and ask to receive a small amount of energy work at the end or try a 60 min Reiki!

Remote Sessions via Zoom or Emailed work the same way as in-person sessions, just without being physically in the same space.

Yes. It is common to experience emotional waves, clarity, or release as your nervous system settles and energy starts to move. I hold grounded space, support emotional regulation, and help you stay connected to your body — without interpreting or analyzing your experience.

No. While the sessions may feel emotionally supportive, they are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or mental health treatment. I do not work with trauma memory processing or subconscious reprogramming.
My role is to support emotional wellness, energetic flow, nervous system regulation, and internal balance.

Everyone experiences this differently. Some feel warmth, tingling, vibration, emotional release, relaxation, or deep calm. Others simply feel lighter, clearer, or deeply supported afterward. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Private Events & Group Bookings
Private events canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
