Intuitive Energy Session

Emotional clarity, energetic release, and transformation.

We begin by tuning into your energy and identifying where you may be feeling blocked, overwhelmed, or disconnected. From there, I work with a combination of Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and intuitive guidance to support clearing, emotional release and realignment.

At times, this work can bring awareness to patterns or emotions that are ready to be released— creating space for lasting shifts, not just temporary relaxation.

Couple Energy Alignment

Clear stagnant energy both individually and within your relationship, creating space for more balance and connection between you.

During this shared session, you will each receive individualized energy work while also addressing the energy you hold and experience as a couple.

This session supports the release of stress and emotional heaviness.

Whether you both feel disconnected, stressed, or want to share in a meaningful experience together. You can leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to yourselves and each other.

  • No, not unless you have a preference at the start of your session. Each session is personalized based on what your body and energy system needs most that day. You don’t need to know which modality, you just show up.

  • Wonderful! I am happy to accommodate any changes you’d like to make, or focus mostly on one modality that you would like receive!

  • Perfect. You don’t need any experience. Just a willingness to relax, receive, and allow your body and energy system to settle into balance. Scheduling an Intuitive Body Session is a beginner friendly way to receive a small amount of energy work at the end of a Massage!

  • Remote Sessions via Zoom or Emailed work the same way as in-person sessions, just without being physically in the same space.

    It operates on the principal that energy is non-local and transcends physical distance by channeling universal life force energy to the person or situation.

  • My work supports emotional regulation, nervous system relaxation, energetic clearing, and restoring clarity and connection.

    Common reasons clients come in:

  • Yes. It is common to experience emotional waves, clarity, or release as your nervous system settles and energy starts to move. I hold grounded space, support emotional regulation, and help you stay connected to your body — without interpreting or analyzing your experience.

  • No. While the sessions may feel emotionally supportive, they are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or mental health treatment. I do not work with trauma memory processing or subconscious reprogramming.

    My role is to support emotional wellness, energetic flow, nervous system regulation, and internal balance.

  • Everyone experiences this differently. Some feel warmth, tingling, vibration, emotional release, relaxation, or deep calm. Others simply feel lighter, clearer, or deeply supported afterward. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Private Events & Group Bookings

  • Private events canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

This policy honors the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding space for each session. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
