A personalized experience for emotional clarity, energetic release, and transformation.
We begin by tuning into your energy and identifying where you may be feeling blocked, overwhelmed, or disconnected. From there, I work with a combination of Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and intuitive guidance to support clearing, emotional release and realignment.
At times, this work can bring awareness to patterns or emotions that are ready to be released— creating space for lasting shifts, not just temporary relaxation.

No, not unless you have a preference at the start of your session. Each session is personalized based on what your body and energy system needs most that day. You don’t need to know which modality, you just show up.

Yes. It is common to experience emotional waves, clarity, or release as your nervous system settles and energy starts to move. I hold grounded space, support emotional regulation, and help you stay connected to your body — without interpreting or analyzing your experience.

No. While the sessions may feel emotionally supportive, they are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or mental health treatment. I do not work with trauma memory processing or subconscious reprogramming.
My role is to support emotional wellness, energetic flow, nervous system regulation, and internal balance.

Everyone experiences this differently. Some feel warmth, tingling, vibration, emotional release, relaxation, or deep calm. Others simply feel lighter, clearer, or deeply supported afterward. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Private Events & Group Bookings
Private events canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
